Nickel - copper alloy (Monel) is an excellent corrosion - resistant material. Nickel-copper alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in industrial atmosphere, natural water, high purity water and flowing seawater, has certain corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing inorganic acids and most organic acids, and has excellent corrosion resistance in strong alkali.

Nickel-copper alloy can also be used as special solder, suitable for welding Marine propeller shaft, impeller, pump shaft, etc.

Variety:

Commonly used varieties are Ni66Cu30(Monel 400) and Ni70Cu28.
